The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. This product usually ships from Canton, GA within 3 weeks by LTL carriers . When your order is shipped, you will be notified of the carrier and the Bill of Lading Number. Someone must be present upon delivery of products. Shipping company will not leave the product unless someone is present to sign for. Recipient must inspect all shipments thoroughly upon receipt. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and notify RonJun eShop or the manufacturer-Gorilla Playsets within 2 business days. DO NOT REFUSE the shipment. Refused shipments will result in additional charges to you. Keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
We regret that this product can only be shipped to US continental 48 states and can't be shipped to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
Warranty: PlayNation Play Systems, Inc. d/b/a Gorilla Playsets (?Gorilla?) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 10 years from the date of purchase for structural wood components, and for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, rope ladder, etc.).
