Warranty: Legare Furniture is warranted to the original purchaser under conditions of normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase against defects in the material as they relate to the wood furniture components. Lacquer finishes on the wood components are covered for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

Return:: All Legare Furniture is made of high-grade materials which should give you many years of quality use. Each furniture unit is shipped brand new, in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied with the product, please send it back within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Returned Items MUST be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the Return must be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and handling charges. Please also be aware that if your order qualifies for our "Free Shipping" promotion, our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund.
