Shipping and Return

Shipping Damage, please contact us immediately (No later than 2 days of the delivery date) for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging.

Refused Shipments: Please note that any shipment Refused, unless authorized by us, will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus the original shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy: If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 10 days of the delivery date.  please follow the following return policy for a refund or exchange.

Return Authorization:  Please e-mail us at return@ronjuneshop.com Include the Order Date, Product name, Reason for Return, your Name, Address and Telephone Number to receive authorization . Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with return instructions! As different products will need to be returned to different warehouses and manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.  

All items must be returned freight prepaid within 10 days of the delivery date in the NEW ("New condition" means the item can't have been assembled and dissembled for the return) , unused condition and in the original box with all parts, accessories and documentations . We recommend to ship your returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If the returned merchandise is damaged by you or during return transport and/or incomplete or not resalable, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns unless the products arrived damaged or defective.
